ISI normally charges up to US$275.00 per hour for billable installation, consulting
and problem support plus travel time and mileage or computer passthru time
which varies by customer location. All phone support is billable at normal
hourly rates plus communications hourly rates if needed for support.
Phone support is available only to current ISI customers and is subject
to the ISI Customer Agreement,
ISI Services Agreement you have signed with us, or MAPICS Services Agreement if you are a MAPICS customer billed under
the MAPICS Certified Services Provider program. Initiation of
support services constitutes your acceptance of the agreement applicable
to you.

You will be asked for your Infor customer number, your XA release
level, and the specific XA application (e.g. AP, AR, PDM, CAS) for
which you need support. If you are not sure what application for which
you need support, the XA ResponseLine representative will assist you.
IBM i (iSeries, AS/400) Support in the USA and Canada

Support for the i5OS (OS/400) operating systems,
as well as IBM Client Access products, and other IBM Licensed
Programs for the AS/400 or iSeries eServers are available from this support center. A customer
agreement with IBM will be required.

You will be asked for your system machine-type, model number, and system
serial number when you call for service.
Call this number if you are having a hardware problem on your IBM i
(iSeries, AS/400) and you have an IBM Maintenance Agreement. If you do not have any
IBM maintenance agreements on your equipment, hourly rate service is normally available for most products.
Microsoft Windows Support
Support provided by PC Vendors or Microsoft Corporation
If Windows was preloaded on your computer (which is normally the case)
you will need to obtain operating system support from your PC maker as
Microsoft only directly supports the retail versions of Windows.
Outside of warranty, support will probably not be free-of-charge.
